Privacy policy

This policy explains how OFFICE PAPER shpk (VAT L01524018M, Tirana–Durrës highway km 6, Qafë Kashar, Tirana) handles the personal data of visitors of this website, in line with Albanian Law no. 124/2024 on personal data protection and the principles of the GDPR.

What we collect

When you send the contact or quote form we collect your name, company, phone, e-mail address and the content of your message. The site also collects technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through strictly necessary cookies and, if you accept them, analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your request for a quote or information, to prepare the commercial offer and to keep further commercial communication. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in managing client relationships.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept as long as needed for the request and the commercial relationship, and no longer than 5 years after the last communication, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. fiscal records).

Who we share it with

Data is processed in our management system (Odoo, hosted in the European Union) and is not sold to third parties. It may be passed to our technical service providers only for the purposes above.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. Write to info@officepaper.al. You may also lodge a complaint with the Albanian Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.
